Olga Ziemska’s Work Featured on MINNESOTA’S NPR News “Art Hounds”

We’re excited to share that artist Olga Ziemska’s outdoor sculpture exhibition OF THE EARTH at Ortenstone Gardens & Sculpture Park was recently featured on Art Hounds, a weekly arts segment on MPR News (Minnesota NPR News)!

In the June 12, 2025 episode, members of the Minnesota arts community highlight performances and exhibitions that are making an impact—and this week, OF THE EARTH was recognized as exhibition to see. The feature describes how Ziemska’s three large-scale sculptures are thoughtfully sited across the 50-acre sculpture park landscape, forming a quiet yet powerful dialogue with the surrounding landscape.

Hosted by Minnesota Public Radio, Art Hounds gives artists and creatives a platform to spotlight what’s resonating in the regional arts scene—making this a special honor and acknowledgment of the work.

OF THE EARTH will remain on view at Ortenstone Gardens in Detroit Lakes, Minnesota through June 10, 2026, with a fourth new sculpture to be installed later this year.
